Onix Constructions recently built our home at Calderwood. The land was a difficult/ sloping site. Construction started in Dec 2018 & we received the keys start of May 2019. Onix Constructions did everything ‘turn key’; driveway, retaining, fencing, turf, gardens, clothes line, letter box, etc) We are very happy with the quality of finish & inclusions in the home. We actually didn’t need to upgrade anything or make any ‘variations’ as their standard inclusions were perfect for us. Some minor paint touch ups on the final inspection were dealt with the next day. The professional service we received from all of the team, speed of build, and quality of product is commendable. You often hear horror stories from people building a new home. We have had such a stress-free experience, it helps if you are dealing with the right people! Can’t recommend Onix highly enough. Thank you so much!!

Just finished building a house investment with Onix. House built and sold all within 4 and half months. We used their real estate agent that they deal with and house was sold without even advertising. They never had a problem making changes and amendments throughout the build and their attention to detail made the build perfect. Their were no hidden costs like other builders and the whole process was hassle free. We can’t wait to get started on our next project with you guys very soon!!!!

My husband and I moved into our beautiful home 12 months ago and couldn’t be happier with the finishes and the way these guys handled everything!! The house was finished before the due date And everything was perfectly organized. We had a few unexpected problems (which wasn’t their fault) but the team at Onix handled it to the best way possible! Customer service at its best!

Thank you Onix Constructions for a fantastic job on our place in Horlsey, you guys have definitely outdone yourselves with this place. We didn’t make it easy with a small triangle shaped block, but the result was incredible. When purchasing this we were thinking we would have to build a double storey house but you fit everything we needed into a single level home and included all we required in regards to open plan living, lots of storage and also something that remained modern in appearance. We enjoyed working with you guys from start to finish and we are excited to build again. Onix have an incredible team behind them, even if we turned up to see our progress, their trades would take time out to explain what they were up to so we always felt included in the process. If you have a ‘tricky’ block & a vision, these guys are great to work with.
